The bank wanted a new solution to deal with phishing threats targeting bank employees and customers. Cyber criminals were luring unsuspecting users to fraudulent sites and apps where their personal information could be collected and used to access victim bank accounts. These attacks not only posed a financial threat to customers, but had the potential to damage the bank’s brand and reputation.
