Global web hosting provider HostPapa, a large provider of web hosting and cloud services to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), has completed the acquisition of the web hosting and logo design businesses owned by Deluxe Corporation. The early acquisition was initially announced last February. The financial terms of this acquisition were not disclosed.
Deluxe Web Hosting Business serves as a trusted provider for small business clients and email hosting clients around the world. It also provides white-label website hosting services to corporate clients, as well as logo solutions and services to small business clients under its Deluxe Logo Design brand.
The purchase of the web hosting and logo design operations would allow HostPapa to grow its already thriving hosting and design businesses, as well as enhance the reach of its offering in other regions.

As Deluxe continues to focus on its future as a data and payments company, this deal would mean Deluxe’s withdrawal from the website hosting and logo design market.
